Home Health and Hospice
ViaQuest Home Health provides continuing care to patients in their own homes. Our services minimize the effects of illness, accident or disability. Our services include: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social services, dietary and Home Health Aides.
Our Hospice division is designed to provide an array of specialty care services and support to patients and their families when a life-limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatments and palliative or comfort care is needed. Our expert Hospice team and volunteers offer a specialized knowledge of medical care, including pain management in which we improve quality of life through dignity and comfort.
Disability Services
ViaQuest is one of Ohio’s largest providers of services - to people with disabilities and veterans. We offer day habilitation, employment, residential and nursing services to persons throughout the state of Ohio (as well as Pennsylvania and Indiana) with an emphasis on behavioral and mental health care.
We establish a stabilized, structured environment that provides individuals with the opportunity to maintain and improve their current level of abilities, as well as benefit from new experiences.
Behavioral and Mental Health Services
ViaQuest provides unique and individualized services to adults, youth and children with behavioral or mental health issues. An individual’s treatment needs may involve past trauma, offending history, anxiety, depression problems related to body image, anger or other concerns that detract from his or her quality of life.
