USIIF targets companies with a strong track record and market edge in the US and Indian markets. USIIF focuses primarily on the defense, infrastructure, energy and manufacturing industries in the US and India. Tzar looks to setup or implement a cross-board joint collaboration or venture between US and Indian company, and USIIF invests in the projects or companies accordingly. USIIF specializes in turn-around situations and acquisitions, recapitalizations and mergers (“ARM”) of small to medium sized companies with investment requirements of $10 - $100 million. USIIF’s management team has a combined 90+ year experience in M&A, leverage buy-outs, corporate restructuring, IPOs, corporate buy-outs, joint-ventures, strategic partnerships, among many other investment and divestment structures. USIIF has affiliated offices in Providence, RI (headquarters), New York, NY and Chennai, India. The India and Providence office are focusing on the buy-side of the investments, working closely to analyze deals coming from both the US and India to determine the company, project or products viability in both markets. The New York and Providence office focus on the sell side of investments, working with its investor network of both private and institutional investors.
