Unity Bridge is led by Jide Okandeji, an experienced operator with a background in general management and strategic growth. Prior to launching the firm, Jide managed teams and operations in a $50M business and worked in management consulting, advising companies on performance improvement and scaling. He brings a hands-on, long-term ownership approach and is committed to honoring owner legacies while building enduring value.
