Established in 2015, GT Ventures ("GTV") is a private investment group dedicated to furthering the interests of Garry Kyle and Ty Looney.
We take a long-term, compounding view of our various holdings, and are primarily focused on industrial real estate development in the DFW metroplex. We make opportunistic investments in adjacent operating businesses that help us integrate around our core industrial asset base.
GTV owns controlling interests in various industrial and mixed-use real estate projects across North Texas. We maintain an in-house EPC subsidiary (GTGC) and own various interests in complementary operating businesses that drive value for our real estate holdings.

As Chief Operating Officer, I oversee strategy and operations for the family office and its operating businesses. I have a decade of experience across private equity, project finance, and startups in energy, power and infrastructure.
