We are actively looking for business collaboration, partnership and fundings.
We are operating an established project named Ông Nhà Đất (meaning Mr. Property). This is a ready product with Web presence, an iOS app on AppStore and an Android app on GooglePlay. We hope that AXIAL can help us to find the opportunity to push and penetrate the market. On this project, I have a young team with 1 excellent programmer, 1 decent graphic designer, 1 admin and myself as the project leader.
We started this project year ago and have our full stable version launched in Oct 2014. The online platform has just been approved by The Ministry of Industry and Trade (Bộ Công Thương) in Vietnam at number 2015-0012/ĐK/TMĐT.
OUR VISION: 1. An iconic website for property searches in Vietnam 2. Every single property agents in Vietnam will have our app on their mobile. They use it not only to list or to show properties to their clients but also for their own uses. They need our app to simplify daily jobs such as to calculate bank loans, to communicate and collaborate with other agents, to manage/share potential customer data. They have it all in 1 single app. 3. Mr. Property shall be ready to launch global when foreigners are allowed to buy properties in Vietnam.
OUR UNIQUE SELLING POINT: On business model, instead of focusing only to users who sell and rent out properties, our main customers will be real estate agents, property agencies, property developer, etc. We want to create and deliver them the value that can advance their career and business. On technical, although we have included in most of the latest technologies, they can all be followed by other big players. We will need to update and improve them continuously.
