SCOTT SORENSON, MANAGING PARTNER Prior to founding The Staverton Group, Scott worked in corporate strategy and general management roles at Walmart. During his time as an electronics merchant Scott had P&L responsibilities over $300 million and led cross-functional efforts of buying, logistics, finance, planning, marketing, and operations. In this role Scott developed and executed strategic plans with the largest electronics brands as well as startups. He also spent several years in corporate strategy creating short and long-term plans and aligning initiatives across the organization. Scott received a degree in Business Management and Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
