I believe in leading from the front — stepping into the trenches as an operator to truly understand the inner workings of the business, its people, and its customers. In the first year, I’ll immerse myself in day-to-day operations to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and strengthen margins. I’ll build trust with the team, develop relationships across the industry, and begin to shape the company’s presence and reputation.
But I don’t intend to stay in the weeds forever. My long-term vision is to empower a capable operator who can run the business with excellence, allowing me to transition into a strategic leadership role. I aspire to work on the business — not just in it — focusing on growth, culture, and innovation.
I value flexibility, not just for myself but for the life I want to build with my family. Ownership should offer the freedom to structure my days — to work out in the morning, step away in the afternoon, and be present where it matters most — while still showing up for my team as a servant leader, removing obstacles, and helping them thrive.
