The company was organized in late 2011 and founded in March of 2012 with a vision of simplifying the deployment and consumption of traditionally complex IT solutions for B2B customers in all market segments.

The market transition is driven by increasing demand for more flexible and cost effective “Cloud Services” from IT and telecom solution providers in lieu of traditional “Premise Based” solutions.
