The company's investment thesis is to build a conglomerate that consists of portfolios who acquire /build/grows businesses in four verticals: Light/Medium Industrial, Real Estate, Digital Media and Ecommerce. The acquisition criteria is that prospects must meet:
1) 25%+ Net Margin
2) Minimum 1.4 DSCR potential (@70% LTV)
3) Minimum $175K SDE potential (after DSC)
4) Strategic Acquisition AND/OR
5) Potential GovCon candidate
6) 10% YOY upside growth
As a professional investment organization, the plan is to not operate any of these any of these companies, but rather leave the operator in place or bring in a new operator to sustain and maintain, with the plan to grow by scale and/or further acquisition.
