Principals have extensive investment and operational experience in middle market Business Services, Healthcare Services, and Consumer Services. Past investments include consulting services, outsourced back-office solutions, healthcare service and human capital service roll-ups, telecommunication services, and hospitality services. Principals have collectively invested more than $300mm of equity over their careers.
We focus on sectors within the business and healthcare service industries that are largely acyclical, enjoy favorable macro tailwinds, and have a high degree of recurring revenue. We target companies with $5.0 million and $20 million in EBITDA and that are considering a recapitalization, strategic partnership, or a transition of the founder out of the company.
Capital for investments come from the principals of the firm, GPs of principals' prior firms (large, well-known private equity firms), and select high net worth individuals.
