Jessica is the founder and managing director of Steadfeather Capital (www.steadfeather.com). Steadfeather is a single-acquisition fund offering business owners the opportunity to exit on attractive financial terms with a stable succession plan to preserve their legacy. Post-acquisition, Jessica will assume the role of CEO, with the objectives of maintaining business continuity while driving long-term value creation. Steadfeather is focused on privately held, US-based, B2B services businesses ($5-50M revenue / $2-10M EBITDA) or SaaS businesses ($3-5M in ARR). Jessica's professional experience includes various management roles at M&T Bank and client-facing roles at Goldman Sachs and PIMCO. She graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts and the University of Michigan with a dual degree Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Policy.
