Born London, England - Graduated Westminster University, London with a degree in Economics, Law and Accounting - (similar to an MBA)
Since the late sixties had executive roles with several multi-national public companies (including a subsidiary of WR Grace, NY) in the sales/marketing function in the UK prior to partnering and building a multi-million dollar revenue engineering/electroplating company in London.
Immigrated to the US in 1981. Built, grew and successfully sold two companies during the eighties and nineties.
Joined VR M&A as an intermediary in 2001 and was consistently placed in the top five nationwide! - left to start SSA in early 2010.
Solomons specializes in the sale of A&D (Aerospace & Defense) Engineering Companies, Manufacturing, and Business to Business Service Companies. He also acts for companies wishing to acquire strategic partnerships, and the sale of Intellectual Property. (He has his own US Patent!)
Using his sales, marketing and negotiating skills, combined with his near 40 years of solid business experience, he has a track record of achieving outstanding terms for his clients.

Since the late ‘90s has had extensive experience in the business, corporate, securities, M&A and IPO fields working with firms such as Baker & McKenzie, Cooley Godward Kronish, and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton.
