We prefer to work with companies which have viable growth and two years of audited financial statements. Sinclair has a track record of raising capital for middle market companies and special purpose limited partnerships. It placed over $80 million for clients in 2012. The Sinclair team's breadth and depth, extends not only to capital markets but also to tax, law, accounting and management consulting. Accordingly, Sinclair reviews the client's capital needs and designs the best way to present a company to Sinclair's family of lenders and investors. From a compensation point of view, our client's success drives our success. Sinclair's compensation is only earned at the closing of a client's financing.
