The Service Roundtable is a revolutionary organization founded by a collaboration of leading contractors to share information and help other contractors improve their sales, marketing, operations and profitability. For a very low monthly subscription, contractors are provided with a variety of business tools, such as direct mail letters, brochures, sales literature, training material, pricing spreadsheets and more. Thousands of plumbing, HVAC, and electric contractors are members, from all 50 states, Canadian provinces, and across Australia.
The Service Roundtable is wholly Internet based. The use of the Internet dramatically lowers the cost of delivery, making the organization affordable to anyone.
In addition to the Service Roundtable, the organization operates an intensive best practices program called the Service Nation Alliance (hundreds of members and rapidly growing), a branding/private labeling program for HVAC contractors with hundreds of members, a very lucrative buying group called Roundtable Rewards that features more than 100 participating vendors, and with a media partner is launching a major new industry trade show and conference called the Service World Expo that sold out months in advance.
