I have a holdco that is raising funds to acquire main street businesses in fragmented industries operated by mom-and-pop shops. I'm looking to acquire companies in each industry and roll them up using my expertise in AI to create synergies. I'm looking to own businesses for the long-term and to disrupt the PE model by a focus on running businesses better, leveraging AI to build them anew, and having a long-term holding period (20 years+). I'm looking for sellers who are aligned with this vision.
