In March of 2005, Roche Bros., Inc. moved its headquarters to an expansive 22-acre site in Ijamsville, Maryland - providing it with the buildings, land and location to expand and sustain its growth. In mid-2006, the company opened its first satellite office in Nashville, Tennessee. Since then, Roche Bros., Inc. has experienced solid growth in the Middle Tennessee market and has already installed over 100,000 square feet of retaining walls in the area. The company has established excellent relationships with the Tennessee divisions of a number of the largest home builders in the nation and is looking to continue growing its business to other regions in the state.
For the past decade, Roche Bros., Inc. has successfully managed large multi-year projects in states throughout the Eastern seaboard regions of the country including projects in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, North Carolina, Tennessee, New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Roche Bros., Inc. has installed more than three million square feet of retaining walls and concrete brick pavers throughout the area, of virtually every style and type, from all of the major SRW and brick paving manufacturers. In addition, the company has excellent experience installing many hardscapes and landscaping projects with a variety of high-end components including cascading water features, multi-tiered stone walls, intricate brick paving pathways, veneered wall and entrance feature applications, as well as landscaping packages of distinction.
