We make direct investments into companies into early stage growth companies and participate as a limited partner in private equity and venture capital investment funds. To date, we have been fortunate to back over 100+ different private companies which have created tens of thousands of jobs.
We acquire majority stakes in established businesses in U.S. based manufacturing, home services companies, B2B services and subscription software companies.
We are not a PE fund. We don’t “flip” companies or “cut costs”. We believe in long term ownership of great companies and we work to protect the sellers legacy to manage a company for long term success. We buy companies with $1-5M in EBITDA and an established track record of over ten years in business.

A results-driven entrepreneur with a unique blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for life long learning and growth. Proven ability to drive innovation and growth in a variety of industries. Having recently exited his operating companies, Chris is searching for his next business challenge.
