Although opportunistic in its activities, Reva primarily focuses on private capital markets, transaction advisory and capital raising services targeting small and lower middle market enterprises. It is sector agnostic and has completed transactions in financial services, specialty finance, energy, real estate and TMT. Deal sizes generally range from $5 million to over $100 million. Reva is active globally with a network that includes family offices, fund managers, institutional investors, asset managers, independent sponsors and strategics.
Since Reva is privately owned, we are free of conflicts and approach each transaction as if we were an investor. Our key employees and advisory board members are highly experienced with each having over 20 years experience as owners, operators and investment bankers.
