We are focused on acquiring a businesses in Ontario that offers a differentiated and compelling value proposition. We are looking for an opportunity with tangible growth avenues and could benefit from technology optimization. Ideal owners for us desire a full sale (with potential for some equity roll), value a smooth transition, and are open to staying on for a few months. We support those looking to retire without a clear succession plan.
Benji and Shane bring with extensive operational and financial markets experience. Benji was previously an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank, and Shane ran an e-commerce business and worked in audit at KPMG.
