The managing member is an experienced executive having spent more than 25 years in operating leadership and M&A roles in the healthcare/life sciences, industrial and commercial real estate sectors. The target business will be headquartered in the southeastern U.S., to which the new owner and operator (i.e., the managing member) will relocate. In addition, the target business will have demonstrated the ability to consistently generate at least $1.5 million in EBITDA over a multi-year period.
As a result of access to capital and the managing member's experience in acquisitions and strategic financings, Orchard Run Capital L.L.C. can offer prospective sellers confidence in an efficient diligence process and, upon satisfactory review, closing.
