Founded by Jay Yarbrough, a former senior investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch with 20 years of advisory experience, North River advises clients on their most important strategic and capital raising initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private placements of debt and equity, and balance sheet restructurings. In addition, North River also offers specialized consulting services to companies experiencing operational or financial challenges, including a variety of special situations.
