Nexus Partners is the holding company for a group of control investments in a variety of industries including, industrial laundry services, food processing and distribution, medical services, health insurance, and financial services. Past investments also included outdoor advertising and telecommunications.
Nexus seeks to make both add-on acquisitions for its existing portfolio as well as to acquire new platforms. With an investment horizon of 10 to 15 years, we focus on growth stories, companies in seek of human or financial capital, and distressed of special situations with the following characteristics:
* Companies with EBITDA of $1 million to $15 million * Companies that either enjoy or have the potential to generate operating margins of at least 15% * Companies that can benefit from more aggressive management and financial resources to achieve superior growth
Our long investment horizon and focus on growth together with our hands-on approach makes us an ideal candidate to acquire companies in need of access to professional resources, as well as companies in need of restructuring expertise. We bring strong operational and financial resources and access to investors with very successful entrepreneurial backgrounds.
