Moore Family Office is an investment firm focused on private equity and other illiquid investments in the lower and middle market as well as real estate. Significant experience in non control funded and independent sponsor investments as LP and/or Coinvestor. Family has significant operational experience and dedicated capital for control investments in companies between 2-7mm EBITDA.
Moore Family Office is open to traditional sponsor type of transactions but also has signifcant depth of experience in operations, growth, strategy, and corporate governance to add value as an investment partner for a seller looking for differentiation and valued contributions in a deal. We also have the flexibility for a broader range of transactions and capital structures than typical sponsors and not limited to a specific holding period.
Principals of the FO currently sit on 4 corporate boards of companies ranging between 10-30mm in EBITDA.
