Mont Vista Partners is a privately-held, entrepreneurial investment firm seeking to acquire and actively manage a small to medium-sized business. Based in Toronto, Mont Vista Partners will acquire a business anywhere in Canada or the U.S. and will assume the day-to-day operational responsibilities of the business. We make controlling investments in profitable companies with annual revenues of $5 to $30 million. Investment Focus Mont Vista Partners is interested in acquiring a single, high-quality services-based company. We are long-term investors and plan to actively manage the acquired business for the long-term. This means that we will relocate to the location of the company. We love businesses that have a very loyal, sticky customer base, a clearly differentiated value proposition, and the ability to consistently grow year-over-year. Our investment criteria are as follows:
Recurring revenue Secular growth (minimum: 8%/yr) High ROIC Owner looking to retire or lessen role in business Controlling investments only
