Middleware Associates develops access control software for the corporate security industry. All Sales and Marketing via Internet advertising; customers can purchase and download software and purchase compatible hardware via Middleware Distribution, an eCommerce site that offers complete solutions at half the price of traditional security sales channels. Following the first year of free support, customers can purchase a service level agreement which makes up a substantial percentage of our revenue.
We have also developed a Software as a Service solution but have not yet released it. The company is debt free and has approximately 300 active customers.
In order to substantially grow the revenue, funding is required; funding in exchange for shares in the company, we are not looking for debt financing.
