We are a Global Commercial Finance Firm. Through our Capital Partners, We provide both junior and senior loans to small businesses and real estate developers. In select situations, we invest mezzanine debt, growth equity, and purchase notes. We understand that fundraising can be a distraction to business operations and we work hard to make the due diligence and closing process both fast and fair. We are able to provide a minimally dilutive solution, often through providing loans in urgent scenarios, where we can close in as fast as 10 days.
DIRECT LENDING
We have the flexibility to make bridge loans to lower market companies and other borrower types when banks and other firms cannot. Our loans are funded entirely using in-house capital and we do not seek to broker. In most cases, we can close in as fast as 10 to 14 days.
