In 5–10 years, we see a portfolio of businesses operating independently but united by shared values: purpose, growth, employee-ownership, and good energy. We will exit progressively — through internal transitions, ESOP models, or equity pathways that reward all stakeholders.
We are Eric and Laura Marzec—partners in marriage, family, and now in building a new kind of business legacy. Our journey began in Venezuela, where Eric was playing professional baseball and Laura was advancing her medical career. We married in 2016, became parents to Eva (2018) and Zoe (2022), and are now building a life—and a mission—that aligns with our values and vision for the world.
Eric spent nine years in medical device sales, thriving in a demanding, high-performance environment where he built trust with elite orthopedic surgeons. The work was challenging and financially rewarding—but it lacked deeper purpose. Over time, I realized I was trading time for money in a system that didn’t connect to his desire to create long-term value, serve others, or build something meaningful for his family and community.
Laura, a medical doctor born in Venezuela and now a naturalized U.S. citizen, leads global clinical research in rare disease and pediatrics. Her career reflects precision, empathy, and resilience—qualities she brings to our shared life and strategy.
