I’m currently seeking to acquire a wealth management business in or around Wayne, PA. Ideally, I’m looking for a firm that meets the following criteria:
Location: Based in or serving the Main Line suburbs (Wayne, King of Prussia, Radnor, etc.)
Size: Annual revenue in the range of $500K to $3M
Client Base: Primarily recurring AUM-based revenue with a stable, long-term client base; open to firms with a mix of fee-based and commission business
Transition: Owner willing to assist in a short- or medium-term transition period (not a requirement)
Team: Preference for a small team or solo practitioner setup, but open to firms with a few employees or advisors
I’m a local operator with a strong background in financial management and operations
