Lion Equity invests on behalf of a group of high net worth individuals that have committed and funded capital for our investments. Lion Equity's investors are business leaders in their respective industries, and in addition to their capital, support Lion Equity with their contacts, relationships, and strategic and operational guidance Lion Equity will consider acquisitions of small and middle market companies operating in a broad range of industries. Our acquisition candidates will typically possess the following characteristics:

Corporate divestitures and privately owned companies Businesses undergoing financial, operational or industry-driven change
Transaction Size
Typical transaction values of $5 million to $50 million, although we have the ability to consummate larger transactions
Geographic Area
Headquartered in the United States or Canada
Industry Focus
Business services, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, distribution, healthcare and transportation Opportunities outside of these industries will be considered on a case-by-case basis
