Tyler Di Carlo is an ETA operator and founder of Lercara Capital, pursuing his first control acquisition in essential service businesses across Florida. He brings 10+ years of experience leading sales organizations and mid-management teams, and grew up around founders and operators running businesses at the scale he targets — giving him firsthand exposure to the operational, cultural, and financial dynamics of owner-operated service companies.
Tyler is targeting HVAC, plumbing, and landscaping businesses with $3–15MM in revenue and $500K–$3MM in normalized EBITDA, with a strong preference for 40%+ recurring revenue and motivated sellers open to a structured transition. He structures acquisitions using SBA 7(a) senior debt, equity syndication, and seller notes, and works with experienced SBA lenders to move efficiently from LOI to close.
He is operator-led, hands-on, and focused on building a platform through disciplined acquisition and operational improvement — not financial engineering.
