LaurelCrest Partners is a Private Equity firm that seeks to make acquisitions at the smaller end of Enterprise spectrum. We are in the process of building a portfolio of well run, stable, strong cash flowing businesses.
LaurelCrest was founded by a group of seasoned professionals with diverse backgrounds in business and finance. Our focus is leveraging our expertise and capital to identify and fund exceptional investment opportunities across numerous sectors and asset classes and then utilizing our team of experts to grow and monetize these investments.
Our core business is sourcing opportunities where there is a need for both capital and expertise, and coordinating investments with our partners in order to drive meaningful returns and positive outcomes. Generally, we look for the following criteria:
•Target EBITDA $250,000 to $5,000,000
•Investments are predominantly structured as buyouts, or in businesses offering a majority stake/change of control where management is committed to stay on; will consider minority stake investments if there are sufficient controls and the opportunity is compelling
•Deals are structured on a deal-by deal basis allowing Investment Partners the opportunity to choose which deals to invest in
•Will make larger co-investments under certain circumstances
•Primary sector focuses will be Consumer, Industrials, Healthcare, SAAS, Lifestyle Brands, Real Estate, Services
•Target IRR’s of 12-22%
