June Road is a search fund managed by an experienced entrepreneur, Jaclyn Smith, who is looking to buy one strong, existing business to operate long-term. The ideal business is people-focused and positioned for future growth.
Jaclyn brings over 10 years of experience in supply chain and operations, marketing, and strategy. She founded June Road to buy and operate one small business, taking inspiration from her father, who fulfilled his lifelong entrepreneurial goal in 2020 and now runs a profitable cabinet wholesale company in Philadelphia. Prior to founding June Road, Jaclyn was a management consultant working with Fortune 500 companies to optimize their supply chains.
Jaclyn received her MBA from the University of Michigan and her B.S. from Washington & Lee University in Virginia. She was a collegiate swimmer and believes the sport instilled in her the discipline to run a business. Jaclyn currently resides in Chicago with her fiancé Eric, but they are excited to potentially explore a different area of the country when Jaclyn finds a business.
