Happy Holidays S.A. will develop in Chalkidiki´s finger of Sithonia (GREECE) within 5 minutes walking distance from the traditional village of SARTI a new gulf to become a high level autonomous Integrated Resort in the area of 41 acres. The Project will be consisted of 5 distinctive elements: (1) Boutique Hotel/60 Rooms (2) All Suites Hotel/120 Executive Suites (3) Family Hotel/80 Rooms (4) Blue Marina/60 Berths (5) Residences Complex/60 Units and several other facilities. The Hotels & Marina will be fully operational in 2018 and the Residences Units up to 2022. Happy Holiday S.A. aims for an investment of 70MM EURO in the period of 2017-2022. Therefore, a Strategic Investor/s will be invited to invest in the project under the funding forms of equity or/and loan. The Company’s BUSINESS PLAN will be also available for further evaluation.
