Alan Steinberg is proud to announce that as of 2022, after eleven years with The
Keyes Company as Director of Business Brokerage, Mr. Steinberg will be reforming
Gulfstream Realty Services, Inc. to assist in the area of Business Brokerage, Mergers
and Acquisitions and Commercial Real Estate. In the year 2000, Mr. Steinberg
originally started , Gulfstream Realty Service, Inc. That is where he mastered his skills
in the Sales and Acquisitions of the Car Wash and Gas Stations aspect of the industry,
leading him to learn more about site selections and acquisitions of Commercial
Shopping Centers, New Construction, Leasing Management and how to assist clients
with Financial and Municipality approvals.
Mr. Steinberg has since become an expert in those areas and has successfully sold
numerous Commercial Properties and Businesses.
In addition to the above-mentioned affiliations, Mr. Steinberg has personally been
involved in various successful Businesses, Real Estate and Construction projects and
has been a consistent recipient of the BBF Million Dollar Plus Sales Club Award as
well as Realtors Commercial Alliance Business Broker of the Year numerous years.
