Most recently Michael was COO and CFO of Affera, a venture backed medical device company which he helped sell to Medtronic in 2022 for $925MM. Prior to that, he was founder + CEO of HiWired (sold to Radialpoint) and ANSWR.
Damon is a three-time founder + president of Site59 (sold to Travelocity), Intent, and Black Crow AI. He helped lead the first two to >$100MM in gross sales, and the third from $0 to $5MM of ARR in its first 12 months of operations.
Big companies.
The highlight of Michael’s big company experience came at Wayfair, where he was General Manager of Global B2C Sales, a new consultative sales platform. In four years, he scaled the organization from 5 to 600 people, and sales to $650MM, achieving a 40%+ CAGR.
In his last role at Travelocity, Damon more than doubled the profitability of its continental European businesses: an organization of 1000+ people, operating 10 brands across 10 countries, and generating $1.25B+ in annual sales.
Investment criteria.
Michael and Damon are looking to acquire controlling stakes in founder-led businesses earning between $2 - 5MM of consistent, durable EBITDA located in New England or the Tri-State area.
