ITSA aims to partner with leading IT Services businesses to maximize their potential by sharing key resources (i.e., back office functions, dedicated technician recruiting and training, accounting, hiring, software etc.) and go to market collaboration (i.e., cross-selling and customer service collaboration).
Our approach creates a true partnership model that would help IT Service business owners by removing the stress of managing the business side of their companies and giving them the benefits of being part of a larger organization while retaining the local culture.
