Godspeed is currently investing out of Godspeed Fund III, a $702.5 million fund, which is backed by
a diversified range of global investors including leading endowments, foundations, health systems,
public pension plans, family offices, fund of funds and advisors/consultants. In combination with
Godspeed’s predecessor funds, the firm has raised over $1.1 billion in committed capital to date. Since
the firm’s inception in 2021, the Godspeed team has executed 39 transactions across 10 distinct
platform business strategies in our core markets.
The Godspeed investment team collectively has over 60 years of relevant industry experience in our target markets. Our investment professionals have complementary backgrounds that draw upon
industry focused experience in private equity, capital raising and fund formation, investment banking, direct lending, operations, the Federal Government, and the U.S. military.
