My name is Adam Murday, and while I may not claim mastery of any single trade, I’ve spent my life fearlessly navigating—and often thriving in—the space between disciplines. My career hasn’t followed a straight line, and that’s by design. I’ve always believed that the most interesting problems, and the most meaningful opportunities, exist at the crossroads of curiosity, ambition, and resilience.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked as an independent senior business consultant across some of the most complex and demanding industries—manufacturing, oil and gas, mining, food, and government research—advising teams on everything from Maintenance, Reliability, Overhaul and Operations, to digital transformation, work management, process improvement, lean manufacturing and organizational design. I have had the privilege of collaborating with some of the best in their fields, and I take the greatest pride not in being the loudest voice in the room, but in helping to guide teams toward clear, effective outcomes. I lead with logic and curiosity, and I value environments where input is welcomed and the best ideas rise to the top—regardless of where they come from.
Outside the consulting world, I’ve quietly built and sold an e-commerce company, developed a patented healthcare product now on the path to commercialization, and co-founded a fintech community that democratized access to institutional-grade trading data—until the big platforms changed the rules of the game. I’ve learned that some ventures are meant to scale, and others are meant to teach you what really matters. I’ve had the good fortune to experience both.
In 2022, I married the love of my life—a dynamic, endlessly creative, and deeply supportive woman (and hands down, the most talented marketer I’ve ever met). Together, we crisscrossed the U.S. for my clients, spending over 330 days a year in hotel rooms. It was exhilarating, exhausting, and unforgettable. Eventually, she put her foot down—and honestly, she was right to. After a decade on the road, I’m ready for the next chapter: to grow something of my own, to plant roots, and to build on a business that already has a solid foundation.
In 2025, I completed a dual Master’s degree in Business Administration and Artificial Intelligence for Business through the University of Isabella’s executive program. I’ve never been one to stop learning. But formal education is just a piece of the puzzle—I’m equally shaped by the conversations I’ve had on shop floors, the teams I’ve led through change, and the quiet moments when an idea becomes real.
