For the past 11 years I have founded, grew and led an industrial safety company, as both it's President and a minority shareholder. While I ran all aspects of the business, my core strengths are in business development, team building as well as operational strategy.
I am looking for a proven, well-run company where the owner(s) are looking to exit, preferably due to retirement, and are looking for a new owner to continue and further grow their business.
My focus is on B2B businesses, whether in industrial, manufacturing, distribution or services. While I am based in Atlanta, GA, I do have the ability to relocate for the right opportunity.
Ideally, the company will have:
A growing or defensible market position, with predictable revenue from a diverse customer base
Steady or improving profitability and margins over the last 3–5 years
Low or well-managed debt
Strong cash flow, not just P&L profits
A positive culture and reputation, with an experienced team willing to stay and no key-man risk
Above all, an opportunity to further scale the business significantly.
I am a motivated buyer and am targeting businesses with an enterprise value between $2M and $5M.
I am particularly interested in businesses with clear scalability potential, where I can leverage my experience to drive growth—whether by expanding sales teams, entering new markets, increasing capacity, optimizing operations, etc.
