Fenrir Supply Group is a private acquisition company focused on acquiring, operating, and scaling cash-flowing service-based businesses, with a core focus on laundromats and cleaning companies. We target businesses with strong local presence, recurring demand, and proven cash flow, typically generating $250K–$10M in SDE.
We acquired and currently operate a dry cleaning business, managing all aspects from due diligence through post-close operations. This hands-on experience has given us a deep understanding of labor management, customer service, margin improvement, and equipment-driven businesses.
We are currently focused on acquiring additional cash-flowing laundromats and cleaning companies. Our team is actively evaluating new opportunities and is open to working with capital partners, lenders, and sellers to structure win-win transactions that support long-term operational growth.
