Adriel’s skills exist around creating a shared vision, developing high performing individuals, high culture teams, and creating shareholder value. He enjoys focusing his time on talent acquisition, M&A, overall P&L responsibility, and creative problem solving. Adriel most recently was a founder and CEO of Viridian Advisors, a Wealth Management company that he exited via acquisition. He has a deep love for the financial services industry and has worked in support functions of technology and finance as well as core functions of investments, business development, and general management. Prior to founding Viridian, he worked at a variety of Fortune 100 companies, giving him tremendous perspective when negotiating deals, making complex decisions or financial calculations. Over his career he has closed multiple deals for clients, himself, as well as for the firms he represents.
Adriel grew up in the Washington DC area and has lived in Philadelphia, San Francisco, Orange County, Hawaii, and London. He loves to travel and has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the US, and parts of Asia. His current favorite cities to visit are Rusutsu, Mammoth, and Annecy.
In his free time, Adriel serves as Investment Committee Member for the Ronald McDonald House in Seattle and Board Member and Trustee for the Wing Luke Museum also in Seattle. He tries to play the guitar, snowboard, and ride anything with two wheels in his free time. He has a passion for food and enjoys moonlighting as a line cook.
