DrumFIT is a unique cardio drumming program that proves exercise can be fun! DrumFIT is focused on inspiring people to get moving through a fun and inclusive program that has no barriers to age and ability, and allows everyone to reap the total health benefits of movement and brain fitness It is our mission to instill a life long love of fitness and make a discernible difference in the way people feel and express themselves.
Our education division is focused on helping schools implement DrumFIT, a non-competitive, effective physical education program into their schools.
Fitness professionals can be trained and certified as DrumFIT instructors and DrumFIT works with instructors to find gyms looking to implement this exciting program.
Both divisions are supported by our online video subscription system where teachers and fitness professionals alike can find support in the form of new video routines, marketing materials and licensed music.
