CUC Software, Inc. has been developing business solution software for construction companies since 1981. Our Billings staff provides programming, sales, support and training services for customers located throughout the USA and Canada. We have an extensive background in the construction industry, and our software was originally developed in an operating Heating and Air Conditioning company. We have various industry affiliations and are a preferred partner for the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute (HRAI) of Canada, the Ontario Geothermal Association and ClimateCare. Our primary product is a fully integrated office solution designed for service contractors such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, GeoThermal, Fire Prevention Services, etc. Our system is modularized and encoumpasses accounting, payroll, receivables, payables, job costing, service dispatch, equipment management refrigerant tracking, inventory, marketing and much more. This year we're wrapping up a serious development phase and positioning to jumpinto a growth phase. Our mobile app, EssentialsPro Mobile, is taking off. We've converted the majority of our customers to SQL databases, and are just finishing up a major release moving our entire software system to .Net.
