I currently serve as a Senior Manager and CPA over North America Operations at Amazon and am looking to transition out of the corporate world to acquire and operate an established business with strong cash flow. My background in Automation, Operations Leadership and Financial management positions me well to continue growing a business like this. I plan to purchase using SBA financing with 10% cash down and am targeting a close within the next 1–4 months. I’m targeting a consulting, accounting, or financial-advisory firm based in Nashville or operating virtually, with $650k–1.5MM in SDE, 30%+ margins, recurring clients, and 10+ years of operating history. The ideal firm has 5+ employees and a COO or GM in place. I plan to leverage my CPA background, operational leadership, and experience in automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency, strengthen client retention, and scale revenue through a more consistent and predictable client pipeline.
