Investment Criteria:
We are actively seeking opportunities that meet the following profile:
Buyout size: $5–30 million
Profitability: Minimum $2 million in net income or seller’s discretionary earnings (SDE)
Location: Atlanta metro area (North Atlanta preferred)
Business model: Simple, service-based, and operationally sound; not reliant on digital products or innovation
Track record: Minimum 10 years of continuous operation by the current owner(s)
Industries of interest: Cleaning, distribution, and low-skilled labor-intensive service businesses
We prefer to acquire businesses from founders who are approaching retirement and are looking to transition their legacy into capable, values-aligned hands. Strong ethical foundations and a culture of integrity are essential to us.
Track Record:
Reddy Holdings currently owns The Metropolitan Club, a 16,000 sq. ft. event venue in Alpharetta, GA, acquired in 2024 as a distressed asset. After stabilizing operations, the business is now profitable and projected to generate:

$200,000–$250,000 in 2026
$300,000–$400,000+ in 2027
In addition, we are affiliated with Corners Properties, a real estate holding company with over $50 million in assets under management, spanning multifamily housing, commercial real estate, and land holdings. Since 2016, Corners Properties has generated:
25%+ returns for family capital
18–20% IRR for investor capital
A notable deal includes Pembrooke Townhomes, acquired in 2022 with $4.4M in equity on a $12.4M purchase. As of June 2025, the property was appraised at $22 million, reflecting 30% year-over-year appreciation.
