CHV Group LLC founder Tony Koechli has over 25 years of experience in family-owned companies, product and process, development, global marketing and sales, managing organizations, developing and implementing strategies, managing turnarounds, and executing lean strategies. He has spent most of his career in international positions, residing in Switzerland, Germany, and the United States, while also traveling in South America, throughout Europe, and Asia (mainly South Korea and Japan). During these 25 years, he has been a key component on multiple successful merger and acquisition teams.
CHV Group LLC was founded in 2003, as an affiliate of BBN. Since 2005, it has operated as an independent intermediary, working with associates to complete client assignments as needed. Our focus is acquisitions, divestitures, exit and business strategies, and business improvements. We are members of the IBBA, M&A Source, Bharmony and Brain Business Advisors.
