The firm provides alternative sources of funding for select private and public companies globally. We raise finance predominantly from large single family offices, UHNWIs and select niche institutional investors, thus providing a unique gateway to sources of capital that are difficult to access.
The partnership was formed in 2010 by three City professionals with extensive capital markets experience. Since then the team has expanded significantly to keep pace with the rapid and successful growth of the business.
The firm has a demonstrable track record of successfully raising capital for companies and fund managers. Since the firm’s launch, Chrystal Capital has advised on 33 transactions including deals from Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Poland, Ireland, the U.A.E., the U.S. and the U.K. The firm has raised over $640 million in that time for its clients via private placements, IPOs, rights issues, convertible bonds and secondary equity issuances for public companies.
