Our hands-on, strategic approach has allowed us to partner with diverse businesses and drive measurable growth. We’re now actively seeking to acquire a small to mid-sized business where we can apply our operational expertise, creative problem-solving, and growth mindset.
Acquisition Criteria:
Location: Southeastern U.S. preferred, but open to other U.S. regions
Industry: Services, light manufacturing, or niche service businesses in either B2B or B2C
Revenue: $1M–$5M
EBITDA: $250K–$1M
Ownership: Full or majority ownership preferred
Transition: Open to owner involvement during transition period
Team: Operational team in place preferred
