Managing Partners
Chris Cuzalina:
o Chris Cuzalina has over 25 years of experience as a private equity investor, hedge fund portfolio manager and investment banker. Mr. Cuzalina currently serves as Managing Partner of Cascata Capital (2003-Present), a Dallas, TX based alternative investment firm focused on private equity investments. Prior to Cascata, Mr. Cuzalina was a Partner of Vista Verde Capital Management (2000-2002), a Partner with McGarr Capital (2000), a Portfolio Manager with Hintz, Holman & Hecksher (1996-2000), a $1 billion hedge fund in New York, and a Financial Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions with CS First Boston in New York (1992-1994). Mr. Cuzalina serves on the Price College of Business MBA Advisory Board at the University of Oklahoma. He received his MBA from Stanford University in 1996 and a BBA in Finance with Special Distinction for a 4.0 GPA from the University of Oklahoma in 1991. Mr. Cuzalina currently serves as President, CFO, and board member of GridHawk LLC, co-chairman of the board for Mikada Cabinets, investor and board member of A to Z Insurance Group, investor and founding board member of Clear River Enviro, LLC, and investor/advisor to ReadyMax.
