Recurring revenues with little customer concentration and churn
Efficient and disciplined operations with asset-light business models
Acquirable at a fair price where we can create value for all stakeholders involved in a process
Teachable with transferrable knowledge and systems, enabling smooth succession
Platform: $1m to $10m in EBITDA and $3m to $100m in Sales
Add-ons: $500k to $3m in EBITDA and $2m to $30m in Sales
